What happens when a plan ends or a payment fails

A missed payment does not delete your customers, quotes or invoices.

How to use it

Read Plan & usage for the paid-through date and any grace deadline. Review the reminders sent before renewal or expiration. Update your payment method or choose a lower plan. After grace, lower quotas apply and excess team access pauses; existing records remain available to the leader.

Example

If you exceed a future Free customer allowance, you can still review retained customers while new additions are limited.
